ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) - Two charities that provide food to the poor in Anderson County say they are running low on supplies.

The Anderson Independent-Mail reported (https://bit.ly/1O5hrXl) that officials at the charities say a lack of donations has reduced the amount of food they can supply.

David Watt with From God to You says his ministry delivers food to nearly 30 churches across the Upstate.

Supplies are also low at the Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry. Anderson Interfaith Ministries manager Jordan Evans says the next food drive is not scheduled until next month.

Evans says a food drive in May did not bring in as much food as expected.
