ONEONTA, Ala. (AP) - An Alabama prosecutor says a grand jury will review a crash that killed a Birmingham businessman to determine whether the driver will face criminal charges.

Blount County District Attorney Pamela Casey tells Al.com (https://bit.ly/1fTHd4Y ) her office is awaiting records and toxicology reports in a crash that killed 57-year-old William Robertson and injured two others on Saturday.

Patrick Packer, co-founder of a group named Black People Run Bike and Swim, says Robertson was part of the organization.

Packer says Robertson’s his death will encourage members to advocate for more cyclist safety programs in metropolitan Birmingham.
