STILWELL, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a medical condition likely caused a fatality accident involving a 37-year-old Stilwell man.

The patrol says the accident happened Tuesday at about 9 a.m. three miles west of Stillwell in Adair County.

The victim was driving a pickup when troopers say it failed to take a left curve, ran off the road and hit a tree.

The man died at the scene from what troopers say was a medical condition.
