HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - State transportation officials are expanding Connecticut’s bus-only corridor service to University of Connecticut football games in East Hartford on Saturdays.

Officials said Thursday that the service to Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field will begin this Saturday.

Specially marked CTfastrak buses will depart from The Travelers building on Main Street in Hartford every 15 minutes between 10:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. on game day. The fare for up to two hours of travel is $1.50 per person and 75 cents for seniors and the disabled and $3 for an all-day pass.

The first CTfastrak bus will depart Pratt & Whitney Stadium 15 minutes after the end of the third quarter. The remaining buses will leave beginning 30 minutes after the game.

The last bus will leave one hour after the game ends.
