FELTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say the death of a man found with gunshot wounds in his Felton home has been ruled a homicide.

Troopers found the body of 48-year-old Douglas Kimball Jr. Sunday at his home after friends had not heard from him since the previous day. Authorities say he had gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
