CAMDEN, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say they are looking for an inmate who escaped from the Ouachita (WAH’-shih-taw) County jail in Camden.

According to the Ouachita County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Austin Hill escaped around 3 p.m. Wednesday when he jumped out of a van at the back of the jail and fled on foot.

Authorities describe Hill as black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and about 210 pounds. Officials said he was last seen wearing white boxer shorts and a white T-shirt. Authorities say he also had a bandage on one of his hands.

Hill is charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery in the 2014 fatal shooting of 63-year-old Richard Anders. Police say Anders was killed in the parking lot of the grocery store that Anders managed.
