CHESTER, Pa. (AP) - FBI agents have shot and killed a man at a suburban Philadelphia home while serving a search warrant related to a child pornography investigation.

Police say the agents exchanged gunfire with someone inside the home in Chester around 6 a.m. Friday. Three people in the home were taken into custody.

No other injuries were reported.

Following protocol, the FBI will dispatch a Shooting Incident Review Team from Washington to investigate.

Their report will be given to the local district attorney, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Section, and an FBI Shooting Incident Review Group.

Chester Police Commissioner Joseph Bail Jr. and Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan didn’t immediately return telephone messages.
