BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Much of western and central North Dakota remains under a frost advisory through 9 a.m.

The National Weather Service’s Bismarck office says low temperatures could hit freezing or just above that mark in a region that includes Williston, Minot, Jamestown, Bismarck and Dickinson.

The Weather Service says unprotected sensitive vegetation could be damaged or killed.
