RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - A Riverton couple has pleaded guilty in connection to selling prescription drugs sent to them by a relative in England.

The Ranger of Riverton reports (https://bit.ly/1NsQPTh ) that Aleck and Anneka Vavas pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deliver controlled substances Sept. 3. The pair was arrested with drugs including morphine, oxycodone and methadone.

During his plea hearing, Aleck Vavas said Anneka’s mother had sent the pills from England.

The plea agreement stipulates the defendants should be sentenced to three years of supervised probation, or four to six years in prison if they violate probation.
