CUSHING, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Department of Corrections has identified four inmates killed and three injured in an altercation at the privately run Cimarron Correctional Facility in Cushing.

The department said Monday that 31-year-old Anthony Fulwider, 26-year-old Michael Mayden, 23-year-old Kyle Tiffee and 29-year-old Christopher Tignor died after the violence Saturday at the prison. All four inmates had convictions out of Oklahoma County.

Three other inmates- 34-year-old Jared Cruce, 24-year-old Cordell Johnson and 31-year-old Jesse Hood -were injured and remain hospitalized Monday in stable condition. A fourth inmate, who wasn’t named, was treated at a hospital and returned to the prison.

The prison has 1,720 beds and is owned and operated by Corrections Corporation of America. The facility remains on lockdown because of the ongoing investigation.
