HAWK POINT, Mo. (AP) - An eastern Missouri man is dead after the all-terrain vehicle he was driving collided with a car.

The accident happened Tuesday night, killing 60-year-old Donald Miller of Hawk Point. He was driving the ATV on Route E in Lincoln County. He was turning left when a dump truck hit the right side of the ATV, ejecting Miller.

Miller was pronounced dead at the scene. The dump truck driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
