HOPE, Ark. (AP) - Police have arrested two men in the burglary of Hope home that left two people injured.

Police said Tuesday, 23-year-old Tevin McKillion and 26-year-old Jordan N. Williams were arrested Sept. 11. They have been charged with aggravated residential burglary, aggravated robbery, first-degree battery and interference with police communications.

It was not immediately clear if the two men have attorneys.

Authorities say the two suspects broke into a home on Sept. 3 and demanded money. A 47-year-old woman was shot once in the lower back and her 23-year-old son was shot in the shoulder and thigh.

Police say both victims were treated and released from a hospital.
