LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Rodham Clinton is planning a second campaign stop in Arkansas.

Clinton plans to speak Monday at Philander Smith College, a private, historically black college in Little Rock. Her campaign calls the visit a grassroots organizing meeting.

Clinton is a former Arkansas and U.S. first lady, a former U.S. senator and a former secretary of state. She also came to Arkansas in July when she headlined a fundraiser for the state Democratic Party.

Her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, will be in Little Rock on Friday to promote her new book, “It’s Your World: Get Informed, Get Inspired & Get Going!”
