SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. (AP) - Authorities say four men were arrested during a methamphetamine bust at an apartment in suburban Atlanta.

U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents and the Sandy Springs Police Department seized 67 pounds of crystal meth and 15 gallons of liquid meth that could be converted into about 59 additional pounds of crystal meth.

Local media outlets report that the four arrested Monday were Juan Francisco Martinez-Nunez, Salvador Ivan Alonso-Mendoza, Diego Ivan Parra and Ismael Martinez-Anallo.

Each was charged with reckless endangerment and trafficking in methamphetamine.

DEA assistant special agent in charge John Murphy says agents found strong vapors from meth boiling on a stove, the presence of flammable solvents and candles. Agents and officers evacuated the residents of the apartment building until they could clear out the materials.
