WARREN, Mich. (AP) - A fire at a junkyard in suburban Detroit sent plumes of smoke into the air that could be seen for miles.

No injuries are reported following the fire, which was reported Tuesday evening in Warren. Several vehicles in a pile of scrapped vehicles burned.

The Macomb Daily of Mount Clemens reports crews responded to Macomb Auto Salvage after reports of smoke. There’s no immediate word on a possible cause.
