WTHI-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1UsimDc ) the Martin County Prosecutor’s Office also filed two counts each of burglary and theft and one count of auto theft Tuesday against 33-year-old Nathan Baker.

Eighty-two-year-old Alan Sims and 52-year-old Tom Tharp of Shoals were found slain Aug. 26 outside Sims’ home near the community of Dover Hill, about 65 miles northeast of Evansville.
