MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - The Minnesota State Patrol says a bicyclist was struck and killed by a driver while riding in a traffic lane of Interstate 94 in Minneapolis.

The crash happened around 3 a.m. Sunday on southbound I-94 near West Broadway Avenue.

The Star Tribune (https://strib.mn/1Kvm3m6 ) reports the cyclist was hit by a Nissan. Neither the driver nor a passenger was hurt.

The bicyclist has not been identified. Road conditions were dry at the time of the accident.
