FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Hundreds of bicyclists are riding through the Florida Panhandle to show their support for military bomb disposal experts.

The roughly 100-mile leg of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Undefeated ride started Saturday at a memorial on Eglin Air Force Base that honors U.S. military bomb disposal technicians who have been killed in combat.

On Sunday, the ride will cross parts of Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington and Bay counties.

The ride benefits the national Explosive Ordnance Disposal Warrior Foundation.
