SEASIDE, Ore. (AP) - A Seaside man who stole from more than a 100 businesses and residents in Clatsop County has been sentenced to seven and a half years in prison.

The Daily Astorian reports (https://bit.ly/1LpDyct ) Loren C. Tarabochia pleaded guilty on Friday to eight counts of second-degree burglary and one count of attempted second-degree burglary.

The judge sentenced him to 102 months in prison, or over eight years. But he will get credit for time served, so his sentence is seven-and-a-half years.

The 42-year-old Tarabochia has a lengthy criminal history of theft and burglary dating back more than a decade.

Tarabochia was arrested last September on multiple charges including burglary, theft and sex abuse charges. Some of the charges were dropped through a plea deal.
