CICERO, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities have identified the victims of a collision between a tractor-trailer and a van in a Syracuse suburb, including one man who died.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. on Friday on Route 31 in Cicero.

The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says the tractor-trailer was traveling south on Route 81 and exited onto Route 31. It failed to stop at a traffic signal and struck the van traveling on Route 31.

The driver of the truck, 40-year-old Frank Kowalczyk, and his passenger, 29-year-old Andrew Bushey, both of Utica, were unharmed.

The driver of the van, 75-year-old Oan Yos, of Jamesville, and a passenger, 77-year-old Sok Ung, of Syracuse, suffered serious injuries.

Van passenger 75-year-old Vann Ny, of Clay, died at the scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
