WASHINGTON (AP) - Metro says full service has restored on three subway lines affected by a fire at a power substation.

Metro says service on the blue, orange and silver lines was restored Monday afternoon and the Stadium-Armory station in Washington was reopened. The transit agency says residual delays may continue during the afternoon and evening rush hour.

The fire at a substation in the RFK Stadium parking lot led to delays for morning commuters and throughout the day.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. No one was injured.

The substation is still shut down. Metro says power was reconfigured to feed electricity to the station from other locations.
