PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - Police have arrested a man on a first-degree murder charge in connection with a fatal shooting in Pueblo.

The Pueblo Chieftain reports (https://goo.gl/wPFBB5 ) 21-year-old Timothy Leroy Tafoya was arrested Saturday in the Sept. 14 death of 32-year-old Ricky Muniz. Tafoya is being held without bail in the Pueblo County jail.

Muniz was killed outside his home after investigators say he heard someone spray painting the building and went outside to confront the taggers. Police say the tags and the shooting are gang-related.
