SPEARFISH, S.D. (AP) - A Spearfish man has pleaded not guilty to charges in a rollover crash that killed his sister.

Thirty-two-year-old Justin Kellogg is charged with vehicular homicide and drunken driving in the July 4 crash that killed 29-year-old Megan Kellogg. Authorities say she was a passenger in a Jeep that rolled on a gravel road 5 miles northwest of Spearfish.

Both Kelloggs were pinned beneath the vehicle. Justin Kellogg suffered a broken leg.

The Black Hills Pioneer reports (https://bit.ly/1YvBcOD ) that Kellogg faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of vehicular homicide.
