CASSELTON, N.D. (AP) - Phone and other services have been restored to all CenturyLink customers in Barnes and Stutsman counties affected by a cut fiber optic line.

KOVC radio reports that a contractor cut the line west of Casselton on Monday, and it took CenturyLink crews several hours to find the cut and repair it.

CenturyLink spokeswoman Rachael Woodman says 911 calls in the Jamestown and Valley City areas were rerouted during the outage.

Stutsman County Emergency Manager Jerry Bergquist says services were fully restored shortly after midnight.
