ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (AP) - An exhibit of objects created by Louis C. Tiffany is opening at the Museum of the Albemarle in Elizabeth City.

The exhibit, which opens Tuesday, features 63 pieces of works by Tiffany. The pieces include stained glass windows, lamps, vases and pottery.

Tom Wester of Roswell, Georgia, will give a curator’s tour on opening day. Wester has collected Tiffany works for more than 30 years and will discuss the significance of the Art Nouveau movement that was popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Among the items in the exhibition are lamp sprays from the Whalehead Inn in Corolla.

The exhibit runs through the fall of 2016.
