PELHAM, N.H. (AP) - Schools in Pelham, New Hampshire, are closed for the day after a car that crashed into a utility pole in the area.

Police said the accident early Wednesday closed Marsh Road.

District buildings are inaccessible to the public until further notice.

WMUR-TV reports a woman crashed into the pole with her two children in the car. One child was taken to the hospital with a possible broken bone. The mother has been charged with aggravated drunken driving.
