JEFFERSON, Pa. (AP) - Officials from a southwestern Pennsylvania school district are warning residents to watch out for copycat websites.

The (Uniontown) Herald-Standard reports (https://bit.ly/1G2WjfF ) Jefferson-Morgan School District officials said Monday that at least two websites have been created- using information from the district’s legitimate websites.

Director Cindy Jento says the site creators are attempting to solicit for advertising dollars.

She says one of the copycat websites “even snagged our logo.”

Officials say the district has an official Facebook page and twitter account.
