PALMETTO, Fla. (AP) - A grand jury has indicted a Tampa man on two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of two brothers at a Palmetto convenience store.

Investigators say 23-year-old Khasem Yousef and his 17-year-old brother Faares were fatally shot as they worked at the store on Labor Day. The shooting was captured on the store’s surveillance video.

Police were called when a customer walked into the store and found their bodies.

U.S. marshals arrested Devin Chandler at his Tampa home.

The Bradenton Herald (https://bit.ly/1L63POv ) reports Chandler could be sentenced to death or life in prison if convicted.
