GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - The Gulfport City Council has confirmed Kirk Clark as municipal judge. The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1FhbfvY) Clark has served the last six years as city prosecutor. He replaces Felicia Dunn Burkes, who has taken a job as a federal administrative-law judge. The 42-year-old Clark graduated from the Mississippi College School of Law. He has worked in the District Attorney’s Office and at the Boyce Holleman & Associates law firm in Gulfport.
