TOMBSTONE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say three people were injured when a car rear-ended a stopped school bus on a state highway west of Tombstone in Cochise County in southeastern Arizona.

State Trooper Kameron Lee says the bus was stopped with its red lights on and its stop sign displayed to pick up students at an intersection on State Route 82 when the accident happened Friday morning.

Lee says two people in the car were injured and one student aboard the bus but that none of the injuries are life-threatening.
