LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Former Gov. Dave Heineman will get roasted at an Omaha Press Club event to honor him and former first lady Sally Ganem.

Heineman, who left office in January after serving 10 years, is being recognized Friday night before a sellout crowd of 250.

The roasters will include University of Nebraska Regent Hal Daub; former Gov. Mike Johanns; U.S. Sen. Deb Fischer; KFAB-AM radio announcer Jim Rose; former Nebraska chief medical officer Dr. Joanne Shaefer; Dr. Ken Bird, the CEO of Avenue Scholars; Rex Fisher, an executive at HDR Inc.; and former Heineman adviser Carlos Castillo.

A face caricature of Heineman and Ganem will be unveiled after the roast. It will be the 146th caricature featured at the Omaha Press Club.
