OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Historical Society has announced five new additions in the state to the National Register of Historic Places.

Placement on the National Register of Historic Places is a designation given to properties with historical significance.

The society said in a news release Thursday the new listings include the Sally Ann Apartments in Tulsa, the James Martin Baggs Log Barn in rural Pushmataha County and the KCS Railway Depot in Adair County.

The Seminole Municipal Building in Seminole and the Fuksa Portion of the Chisholm Trail Roadbed in Garfield County were also selected to be on the National Register.
