TOWSON, Md. (AP) - Authorities say a prisoner who escaped from an interview room at Baltimore County police headquarters in Towson has been located.

The Baltimore Sun (https://bsun.md/1Flc2Mz) reports the woman, who was not identified, slipped out of the police station on Thursday afternoon.

Police say she made her way to a nearby street before she was recaptured an hour later.

Authorities say the woman was not a risk to the public. Police did not reveal what crime she had been charged with.

No additional details were released.
