SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - After four movies, Chris Evans says he no longer feels anxiety about wielding Captain America’s shield.

Evans told roughly 4,500 fans at the Salt Lake Comic Con on Saturday that he was “riddled with foolish, foolish, regrettable insecurity” when he played the role for the first time.

He says now it’s become something special.

Evans spoke of reprising the character for a fifth time in next year’s “Captain America: Civil War.”

He also spilled a few plot points, including tension between Iron Man - played by Robert Downey, Jr. - and Cap.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1QFUGKL) that “Agent Carter” star Hayley Atwell and “Captain America” co-star, Anthony Mackie also made surprise appearances alongside Evans.

The three-day Salt Lake Comic Con, which began Thursday, debuted in 2013.
