OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A former Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agent has been sentenced for stealing test answers to a certification test for law officers.

The Oklahoman reports (https://bit.ly/1KWCrQU ) that 64-year-old Jerry Cusic of Edmond was sentenced Friday to five weekends in the Oklahoma County jail, four years of probation and a $500 fine.

Cusic pleaded guilty in June to two felony counts of stealing from a computer the answers to a computer forensics certification. He also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of destroying evidence by deleting the files from his computer in an effort to hide the crime.

Court documents say the crimes occurred in August and September 2013. Cusic resigned as an OSBI agent in November 2013 after working as an agent since 2002.
