WOODBRIDGE, Va. (AP) - Prince William County police say a woman has been charged with murder after a fatal stabbing in Woodbridge.

Police say 39-year-old Rasheeda Wright fatally stabbed 39-year-old Andre Warren at the home they shared. Officers were called to the home early Saturday morning and found Warren’s body.

Police say around the same time that investigators were at the scene, Wright was detained by sheriff’s deputies in neighboring Stafford County on unrelated charges. Police say Wright had suffered self-inflicted wounds and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Investigators believe Wright stabbed Warren during an argument before leaving the home. She’s being held without bond. The slaying is the fourth this year in Prince William County.
