SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) - Shreveport firefighters are investigating the cause of three house fires on Sunday.

Fire investigators tell The Times (https://bit.ly/1RbvVqD) 48-year-old Felecia Hill has been booked with one count of simple arson for allegedly setting fire to a vacant house in the 1900 block of Milam.

Firefighters say investigations into the other two vacant house fires in the Allendale community are ongoing and additional charges are pending.

Simple arson carries a penalty, if convicted, of 2-15 years in prison.
