COLD SPRINGS, Nev. (AP) - Firefighters say they have fully contained a wild land brush fire that burned north of Reno over the weekend.

Officials for the Sierra Front Interagency Dispatch Center said Monday the fire burned an estimated 94 acres of sage brush and grass about 4.5 miles north of Cold Springs.

Crews first responded about 6:05 p.m. Saturday when the fire was reported on the back side of the Peterson Mountain Range.

No homes were threatened by the flames and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
