NEWARK, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a man was killed when the car he was driving hit a tree and rolled over several times in Newark, Delaware.

Troopers say 18-year-old Miguel Gardino-Sanchez of Williamstown, New Jersey, was driving east on Pencader Drive about 10:20 p.m. Sunday.

Investigators say Gardino-Sanchez lost control of his car on a curve in the road, and hit the curb, struck a tree and rolled over several times.

Police say Gardino-Sanchez was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
