NEW YORK (AP) - The NYPD is asking the public’s help in locating two little sisters reported missing over the weekend.

The girls were last seen on Saturday after they were dropped off by their foster parents in Brooklyn for a court-ordered visitation with their biological mother.

Police say the mother was supposed to return the children to the same location in the Brownville section several hours later.

They were not returned and police say the trio’s whereabouts were unknown.

The children are identified as 2-year-old Tiye Macon and 3-year-old Destiny McCoy.
