CLEVELAND (AP) - Officials have identified a man who was shot in the head and killed after someone fired into a crowd near a popular Cleveland nightspot district.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office says that 23-year-old Dexter Mangham, of Euclid, was pronounced dead at MetroHealth Medical Center Sunday morning.

A Cleveland police spokeswoman says the shooting occurred in downtown Cleveland. A man and a woman were also both shot in the leg and taken to the hospital. Their respective conditions are unknown.

Police have not released a motive for the shooting but investigators believe it could be connected to an altercation at a nightclub. No arrests have been made.
