ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - A teenage boy who was stabbed on a Rochester street two months ago has died.

Rochester police say 17-year-old George Herring died Saturday at a Strong Memorial Hospital.

Authorities say Herring was stabbed at least once in the upper body while walking on a city street on the evening of July 20.

Police say the case remains under investigation. No arrests have been announced.
