PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) - Mike O’Koren is taking a job as senior adviser on the Rutgers basketball staff and is being replaced as an assistant coach by Dalip Bhatia.

Coach Eddie Jordan announced the moves Monday, adding that Corky McMullen has been promoted to director of basketball operations.

Jordan said O’Koren will assist the coaching staff in developing strategy. He will also analyze game film and contribute to practice preparation and staff meetings.

Dalip will handle recruiting for the Scarlet Knights in addition to working with the team. He spent the past two years as director of basketball operations.

McMullen will handle the team travel and general operations of the program. He served as the program’s director of player services in 2014-15 after working four seasons as the coordinator of basketball operations/video.
