DELAWARE, Ohio (AP) - The husband of a woman killed in a road-rage crash has been sentenced to prison, along with the other driver involved in the collision.

Thirty-year-old Andrew Miller and 36-year-old Richard Stephens pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide charges in the Delaware County crash that killed Stephens’ 43-year-old wife, Brenda. The Marion men were sentenced Monday to two years in prison, plus fines.

Prosecutors say the men had an ongoing feud and were driving erratically on U.S. Route 36 last November when Miller’s vehicle and Stephens’ truck collided. Stephens’ wife was thrown from the passenger seat and died.

WBNS-TV reports both men apologized, and Stephens told the judge he made a bad decision that day.

The defendants’ driver’s licenses are suspended for life.
