NORTHWOOD, Iowa (AP) - A 61-year-old Minnesota man has been accused of stealing from his employer in northern Iowa.

The Mason City Globe Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1MXvjGp ) that Duane Hansen, of Twin Lakes, Minnesota, is charged with felony theft and that he’s scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 13. A criminal complaint says Hansen stole at least $13,000 from BP Jo Stop in Northwood over the past two years.

Hansen’s attorney didn’t immediately return a call Tuesday from The Associated Press, seeking comment on the allegation on behalf of Hansen.

The criminal complaint says Hansen told an investigator on Sept. 23 that he’d taken $125 to $200 each week from the store.
