MACOMB TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Police say a man suspected of knocking over roughly 30 headstones in a suburban Detroit cemetery kicked out a window in a patrol car after his arrest.

Bond was set Thursday at $85,000 for 22-year-old Tyler Bryant of Macomb Township. He’s charged with malicious destruction of tombs and Macomb County sheriff’s property.

No defense attorney was listed for possible comment on the charges.

Bryant was arrested and subdued with a Taser-like device after a foot chase Wednesday night. Earlier, headstones were knocked over at a cemetery behind Immanuel Lutheran Church in Macomb Township.
