FARGO, N.D. (AP) - City officials in Fargo are considering allowing earlier Sunday sales of alcohol in bars and restaurants.

KFGO-AM (https://bit.ly/1L6A5ev ) reports the City Commission is expected to give final approval to a measure at its next meeting. The ordinance change would push back the allowed sale time to 11 a.m. from noon on Sundays, mirroring a measure passed earlier this year by North Dakota’s Legislature.

The change would not affect liquor stores, which would still have a noon opening time on Sundays.
