VISTA, Calif. (AP) - A San Diego County grand jury has indicted a man already accused of trying to kidnap a 7-year-old girl on charges related to a second incident involving a then-5-year-old.

The San Diego Union-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1ObCIPi ) that 22-year-old Jack Henry Doshay pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Vista Superior Court to committing a lewd act on a child with force, kidnapping, false imprisonment and assault with intent to commit a lewd act on a child.

Prosecutors say the new charges stem from an incident in 2010 when a man lured a young girl to a shed at a Rancho Santa Fe shed before trying to remove her pants.

Doshay was arrested April 1 in connection to a March 23 attack on the Skyline Elementary campus in Solana Beach.
