District Attorney Joel Smith says the bank was robbed by two men who jumped over the counter and forced a teller to take about $3,300 out of her cash drawer.

The second suspect, 29-year-old Austin Maurice Hubbard, will be tried at a later date.

Both men also were indicted on a drive-by shooting charge for shots fired from the getaway car.
