DETROIT (AP) - A man who said he helped hide the body of a slain Detroit woman whose two children remain missing has been sentenced to prison.

Timothy Jones was charged with being an accessory after the fact, testifying that he helped move the body of 27-year-old Alicia Fox. He pleaded guilty in March to that and other charges. The Detroit News reports (https://bit.ly/1FEmD5d ) he was sentenced Wednesday to 2-5 years in prison for his role.

Last week, Erin Justice was sentenced to 45-80 years for the slaying of Fox, his estranged wife.

Fox was found fatally shot in an abandoned house in June 2014, a month after she and the children were reported missing. Justice’s stepdaughter, Kaylah Hunter, was 6 years old, while the couple’s son, Kristian Justice, was 8 months old.
